Of course, it may well not be incompetence, but simply Soros's infiltrators following orders. 

I still do not understand Soros's grand strategy, unless he's just looking to profit off the chaos. Obviously, societies run by free and well-informed citizens are not conducive to the kind of financial returns he finds acceptable.
