Kamala Harris is the dumbest Vice President...

...well, since her current boss was Vice President: "Kamala Harris Comes Out of Hiding, Gives Interview, Reminds America Why She Shouldn't Give Interviews".

There are lots of bad arguments against voter ID, which enjoys the support of 4 out of every 5 Americans. Harris’s argument that people who live in rural areas find it “almost impossible” to photocopy their ID to prove who they are may just be the dumbest of all of them. It’s roughly 20 years behind the times and wildly out of touch.
Harris mentions Kinkos and says they’re not accessible in rural America. Kinkos doesn’t even exist anymore and hasn’t for several years. They’re called FedEx Office now.

"Hell, we don't need no photo IDs. We just go down to the polls in a group and ID each other."

  1. In her defense, Biden used to be VP.
    But, yeah.

  2. It must be my lucky day! They turned electric on long enough for me to warm up the old Crosley and tune in to the news with Lowell Thomas, and learn about that voter thing I have to make a copy of to get to vote. I can do that with no problem, I got me a real ink pen and several sheets of that paper that has got no writing on it, so I can go in to town to the library and have the librarian use her fancy writing to make me one just like the real one.

Now, I'm not real book learned, so I don't understand why I have to have a copy of that there id thing if I have the original, to prove who I am. Why can't this old hillbilly use the original?

Oh, and more good news! Tomorrow, they's goin' to let in a few hours of sunshine!

  3. Yeah, I was also wondering about that whole photocopy business. It used to be that when I went to vote, all I had to show was either a driver's license (and I naturally always carried the original), or a voter registration card.

  4. I hesitate to make the suggestion that Harris visit rural areas rather than watch The Beverly Hillbillies.
