Happy Columbus Day!

 

I think he was a brave man of great vision who deserves to be commemorated. 

Oh, I read somewhere this is also now celebrated as Indigenous People's Day. Well, Pacos have been breedin' here for hundreds of years, so that makes us pretty indigenous in my book. Of course, what "they" mean by this is the people who were here before the Europeans. By all means, let's recall some of the customs of those folks:

And to top it all off, I also read that this is National Coming Out Day. So, I'll get the ball rolling by officially coming out as an admirer of Columbus and a hater of human sacrifice, Aztec or otherwise.
