We are going to need to deal with this. That means greater resiliency. That means adaptive measures to help deal with the impacts of these destructive storms.
ReplyDeleteTranslation: "greater resiliency" = more taxes. "adaptive measures" = more taxes. "Dealing with the impacts" = more, and bigger, money grants for people like me, so I can continue to foist hockey stick graphs on the gullible.
