I have one of those knives, one I purchased from a catalog. I used to carry it on my battle rattle, back when (much to the annoyance of some NCOs and a few officers ... sometimes I was told to take it off).

A very useful tool, all things considered.
Does anybody know what the guy used to recreate the handle? Is that cork or rubber or what?
Probably synthetic leather, Paco. That or an unnaturally thick skin from an unknown beastie.
