I believe that's a fake Time cover, because of course they'd never diss their guy like this. But the depiction of Biden is perfect, whoever may have created it.

That's a great cover for Time, I wish they would use it.
Of course Biden has no idea why people think he's mentally unfit. He can do pushups! But the fact is, people with dementia will vehemently deny they're slipping, even when they suspect something is wrong. They'll do or say anything to cover up their lapses, and I think that's hardwired into humans as a survival tactic.
He should just say, "I have no idea." to every question.
Cuts down on the ambiguity.
V: The truth content of his answers would certainly increase if he did that.
