We can all imagine just how little the folks of St.P & M. will care about that!
Back when Sea Shepherd complained to Paris about being ..er.. cut loose..by the island, the official French view was: "Go take that up with the Prefect in St.Pierre!"
"Lodging a complaint". Haw! Perhaps the local magistrate will turn the tables on the fellow and accuse him of creating a public disturbance.
