Sounds like a great idea! "Putting ladies PANTYHOSE over your face mask makes it better at stopping spread of Covid, study finds". How about this, instead: you wear a pair of long john bottoms over your face, and undo the flap when you're just walking around your own house or some other place where there aren't any people.
Almost as stupid as wrapping women’s underwear around your face to prevent viral infections is advice on re-using disposable face masks.
