I guess they considered it a mostly peaceful assault.
ReplyDeletestabby, but mostly peaceful
ReplyDeleteReleased after attempted murder!?! So what constitutes a crime for which the criminal is detained?
ReplyDeleteTrying to stab a democrat, I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteYep. And it wouldn't be for "attempted assault". If the target was a Democrat, it would be "attempted murder".

ReplyDeleteI guarantee that most NYers either don't care or think it's funny. "Haha, that fascist, racist, homophobe deserved it!"
ReplyDeleteZeldin has no chance, NYers have the gov't they want.
I like Gutfelds joke. "Thank you governor for giving me a second chance...to kill Lee Zeldin."
ReplyDeleteThey charged the guy with attempted assault (but not attempted murder), and then let him go. What do you think the chances are they're going to be able to get him back into court for a trial (or even be able to find him)?
ReplyDeleteAbout as much chance as an illegal showing up.
