Oh. Ok.

A NYT hack now says that, yes, the media certainly should dig into the Hunter Biden story.

On Friday, New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman emphasized the importance of the mainstream media investigating Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings after his recovered laptop has reportedly shown some connections to his father, President Joe Biden.
With concerns over foreign influence being peddled to President Biden, Friedman told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that he was “all for getting to the truth wherever it leads.”

You mean, it might not have been a hoax? Are you suggesting that those 50+ "experts" in the intelligence community who tried to wave the story away by calling it Russian disinformation might have been...wrong?

Or, more likely, is this part of the widening breach in the dam of Joe Biden's presidency, one of an increasing number of attempts by the Leftist hive to subvert Biden's plan to run again in 2024 by letting all the cats out of the bag at once? You people in the media knew or strongly suspected that Hunter Biden's sleazy business deals and his father's promotion of them really did happen, but now, as the requirements of the narrative change, and it becomes obvious that the dementia patient in the White House has to go, you're fine with pursuing the truth - selectively, and up to a carefully defined point, that is.

You have to hand it to the Democrats: they'll obfuscate, cover up and blow a cloudbank of smoke to protect their own, up to the precise moment that one of their people becomes an obvious and insurmountable liability, then into the volcano he goes!

  1. All of that, plus the barefaced cheek to state actual facts as if they themselves uncovered them.
More front than Myers, as we say over here.

  2. Yes, hyper-partisanship heavily seasoned with hypocrisy, saturated with a rich gravy of conceit. The breakfast of media champions!
