We once went to a chocolate shop in a big mall in Myrtle Beach, SC (can't remember the name of the mall or the shop now) and watched two black guys making chocolate. They turned it into a kind of show, entertaining the customers with song and dance while they made the chocolate, scooping it back and forth while it slowly thickened. It was fascinating, and man, we bought enough fudge and chocolate to choke a horse.
