Updated and bumped Victor Davis Hanson talks about the on-going Democrat coup, and the Left's continuous blabbing about civil war.
"‘Civil War Is Here’: MSNBC Host Says There’s ‘No Dealing’ With Conservatives".
In the first place, leftists always like to believe that they're beleaguered and on the cusp of being attacked; it makes their dull, empty lives seem more exciting, their "virtue" heroic. In the second place, they secretly hope that civil war actually will break out, because they know something that many normals are just now finding out: the administrative state, and its police and (possibly) military appurtenances, are more likely to be an enemy of freedom than otherwise. They like the Swalwell plan: threatening citizens with nukes.
So, civil war or leftist fait accompli? If we push back hard enough, using the peaceful means still at our disposal, maybe it doesn't have to be either one. But, as I have said before, I am not as optimistic as I used to be. Actually, "not as optimistic" = "pretty damned pessimistic".
Update If the Left really does want a civil war, this may do the trick.
Sexual reassignment for children (and the demonization of people who oppose this obscenity) pretty much represents an indisputable instance of the hill to die on.
They've cranked othering us up to 11.
ReplyDeleteI have to wonder what journolist knows that we don't.
Especially since our fine betters can't allow voters to have a say in elections. We keep voting the wrong way.

ReplyDeleteAin't that the truth!
Losing Brian Stelter was the last straw.
ReplyDeleteIf the Republicans really do take the House and the Senate in the midterms, I expect to see a lot of violence in blue cities (but not red ones).
