Last I heard, Joey Flan-Brain was taking serial vacations in Delaware, shuffling between two of his houses. I read somewhere that he has taken over five months of "vacation" time since he's been president. Is he having fits and being held incommunicado by his minders? Who's ruining the country in his absence? Will he be back? Would it matter? Inquiring minds want to know.
