Apparently, Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, and Pope John Paul II were just bit players in ending the Cold War. Man Falsely Credited With Ending the Cold War Dies (I will always remember Dave Berry describing Gorbachev as the Russian politician "with a map of Florida on his head").

My favorite description of Gorbachev came from Jonah Goldberg (yeah, I know... this was when he pretended to be a conservative) as a man who pulls one brick out of the bottom of a dam and expects nothing to happen until he's ready for it to happen.

Hillary's running in 2024, that's what that outfit says to me. She's trying to look human. She's not good at it, though.

Our fine betters have to deny Ronnie Raygun any credit, he was going to START WWIII!!!!!!, they can't admit they were wrong and he was right.
Even worse, a non-lefty woman and the symbol of all that's wrong in the world, a devout pope who believes in that stuff in the Bible, were right and they were wrong.
I'm surprised Hillary didn't attach wings to that outfit, and put one of those wire halos on her head. It would have helped to disguise the barrel-shaped body underneath, which is what the gown was intended to do.
