I would have preferred to have seen this vile specimen of inside-the-Beltway partisanship subjected to the bastinado, and then forced to run (or limp through) a gauntlet consisting of Trump and various members of his family armed with stout hickory switches - but I suppose we'll just have to be glad that he's gone: "Top FBI Official Who Quit Agency Had Long History Of Misconduct Allegations".
The big problem, of course, is that, when rats like Thibault are finally forced out, the damage has already been done. It was the same thing with Comey and McCabe and Strzok.
