Pretty much, yeah. But I'm sure that the creature it was aimed at totally ignored the point. That sort is stupid that way.
I'm sure he/she/undetermined was offended and felt victimized.It's what they do when 'attacked'.
I wouldn't be in the least surprised if the irony of the response escaped the comprehension of the, er, person altogether.
Or...the dawning happens mid-sip of their wheatgrass or mocha espresso with Madagascar cinnamon latte.
