I'll stick up for Groot. Look at every large, Dem-run city in places with winter and you'll see murder and mayhem go down when it's cold and up when it's warm. Evil, lazy folks don't like dealing with adverse conditions. Just check HeyJackass stats for confirmation. I mean, the root causes are non-enforcement of laws and outright instigation by Dem pols, but it takes nice weather for the forces of tolerance and mostly-peace to get their most mostly-peaceful.
