ReplyDeleteShoulda bribed a town council member to exercise eminent domain and then bought it for pennies on the dollar.
ReplyDeleteSure, it's not 100% profit, but it's all legal and chit.
I fear there may be headaches for the legal homeowners down the road if they try to sell the property. Criminal damage doesn't stop just because they got caught.
