The North Carolina legislature is going to vote on a bill this week that would allow constitutional carry.
The state house voted recently to ditch the law requiring a permit to purchase firearms (and overrode Governor Cooper's veto).

I wish Illinois would get rid of the FOID card, but I don't see it happening any time soon. Anyway, at this point, I may not be buying any more firearms, but it still needs to disappear.
ReplyDeleteThat FOID card is so worthless. At least when I lived in Illinois (back in the 1980s), you sent in $5 and a picture to get one.
