Joe Biden will drive you mad if you take his speeches seriously
Every single speech Dirty Old Joe makes can be boiled down to this: brag, brag, lie, brag, mumble, non sequitur, I remember when my dad/granddad/mother such and such, brag, outright lie, brag, mumble, not a joke.
When you put it that way, it helps to explain why Hunter wants to be stoned out of his head 24/7. Makes me wonder what medical relief Dr Jill is using, too.
