Unless we take into consideration that Biden has essentially "retired in place", which means he's pretty much on vacation even when he isn't: "Joe Biden Has Spent 40 Percent of Presidency Away on Personal Trips".
The Babylon Bee captures my mixed feelings about this: "Nation Torn Between Being Mad Biden Never Shows Up For Work And Being Glad He Never Shows Up For Work".

Biden is distributing the billions per Hillary's Haitian playbook.
