The media will go to any length to protect the narrative

Up to and including burying social pathologies that result in murder. Mark Steyn passes along some observations relating to a recent fatal "bike crash" reported in Las Vegas.

Looks like misunderstood youth has upped the stakes in a new version of the knockout game.

  1. The man was riding his bicycle when a fatality occurred. Lives were lost.

What's important for us all is to move on and begin the healing process. Since so far no one has plausibly, or even implausibly figured out how to blame Republicans for this unfortunate event. Even though we all know they really are responsible.

  2. Laughing as they do it and proudly posting the vid.
    That's just scary.
I can't wait for the 'Youths fear backlash...' stories.

  3. Scary doesn't even describe it. Horror is more like it, to have demonstrated so visibly the fact that there people out there (teenagers no less) who are completely without conscience or morals or even a soul.

  4. This is your future.

And that’s the rest of the scary part.

    Unfortunately.

  5. I think the untamed, murderous barbarians who engage in this behavior are not going to like how the future turns out for them, either. Or, at least, a lot of them aren't. There are plenty of people who are perfectly willing to put these fiends down on the spot when they create a life-threatening scenario. And if it gets to the point (as it probably has, already, in places like NYC) where the law-abiding citizen is placed in legal jeopardy for defending his life, then fewer and fewer people are going to bother sticking around and waiting for the police to arrive.

  6. The best I could hope for is that they die in prison.

If they even go to prison.
