Nothing to see here, move along

"Arab Enslavement and Slaughter of Black Africans Must Stop".

The historical persecution of Black Africans, based on skin color, ethnic identity or religion, continues to this day. Just two weeks before Hamas’ massacre of Israeli Jews, jihadist gunmen on motorcycles shot their way into the Nigerian Christian communities of Magami and Kabasa and kidnapped 60 people, mostly women and children. Boko Haram, an ISIS affiliate, has been waging jihad for decades against largely Christian communities in Nigeria, killing adults and kidnapping children, mostly young girls.

But, nonetheless, we should continue to focus our outrage on statues of dead Confederate generals and consumer-product characters.

  1. More selective outrage from the same people who want to put their boots on our necks....

  2. Isn't it waaaaacist to criticize Arabs? Who are we to judge their ancient culture?

  3. It's shocking stuff but I'm not convinced by Msrs Jacob and Poser's argument that 'the West' should lump all these things together. Luckily, Israel is not dominated by the globalist narrative of westernised idealists, for example. Imagine if Israel said 'What happened to us on Oct 7 was bad, but so is the Arab slave trade?' and sat around hand-wringing?

Contrary to the anti-semitic 'all Jews are the same' assumption, Mizrahi and Eastern European Jews who make up a majority of Israelis are practical people who do what they must to survive, while the idealists born in the west have the luxury of navel-gazing.

I met Israelis in India. Why India? One reason is because it's cheap and they aren't rich. One lady I met was touring on the cheap, which meant staying in local hotels full of men who'd never seen one like her, all alone. But she didn't have the luxury of western dollars she reminded me, only shekels! And she felt she could handle Indian men. Practical people.

  4. The do-gooders don't really care what happens to black Africans as long as they stay in Africa. It's only when they come to Western nations that they become a concern.
