Hey, NYC cops

Really looks like the District Attorneys in your burg have your backs - not: "Deranged New York Woman Runs Over Police Officer to Teach Him a “Lesson” and is NOT Charged with Attempted Murder".

Despite her sick and reckless actions, Dula was not charged with attempted murder. The Post revealed Dula was instead charged with first-degree attempted assault, attempted aggravated assault upon a police officer, second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, and operating a vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and reckless driving.
She actually hit him; shouldn't "battery" be in there somewhere? And what's with this "attempted" assault business? And other charges in the second degree? I guess her college degree in Criminal Justice came in handy.

  1. I'm guessing the DA would have preferred not to have to deal with this. Given the hatred of cops in NYC, and the glorification of violent criminals by the city government, this is a no-win case.

  2. It's not like she tried to stop a criminal from his Gaia-Given right to atrack the law-abiding.

  3. We’re glad that this individual is being kept in jail, but we don’t understand why she isn’t being charged with attempted murder.

    It's her white privilege.
