Baltimore has bigger problems than a collapsed bridge

For example, the collapse of public order: "Baltimore City Implodes: Police Force Collapses, Only Three Officers Patrolled Major District".

    With the bridge collapse and the crippling of the Baltimore port, I'd say their problems are about to get exponentially worse.
