One niece of mine manages a game farm, and has been known to bring home baby animals to raise. One time, it was a yak, who had full run of the house. I visited her while that was happening.
As I also stopped by while she was raising an elk doe. But I missed seeing the bear cub and wolf pups.
Heh! Yes, yaks can be that affectionate.
