Is Vance a good choice? He seems to have been very anti-Trump just a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteI was really hoping that Governor Youngkin of Virginia would be the pick, he can't run again because of term limits.
ReplyDeleteI think Vance is a good pick. My one cavil is that he's relatively new in politics and not seasoned.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, he's not, like, skrunchty gazillion years old and potentially has a long career ahead in politics.
Yes, I'm glad Trump didn't just choose a stick figure or a RINO. Vance may go far.
ReplyDeleteWell, I wasn't real sure because I don't know a lot about Vance, but now that he's got the official Mitt Romney Seal of Disapproval, I'm all in!
ReplyDeleteI voted for J. D. Vance when he ran for senator just because I liked what he had to say about how things are now. He may have dissed Trump in the beginning (Trump's personality has a way of turning people off), but he's a supporter now, and I applaud him as the VP pick. He's a millionaire now, but he fought his way up from nothing, and so he knows what the real world is really like for ordinary people. He's young, and hopefully he'll continue the MAGA legacy.
