At least he was spared the ignominy of being the worst president in our history (that ought to make a swell epitaph).
Update Say, do dead presidents get a 21-gun salute? I was thinking that it might be cool to use t-shirt canons and shoot t-shirts among the bereaved with the logo, "No longer the worst!"
so... he will lay around the capitol rotunda for a while, then the big parade and off to the carter historical site for burial; federal employees will be off, probably 1/2 to mourn.
