When I saw this little 65-year-old woman on television, my initial thought was that she looked like a clarinet player in a Salvation Army band. But, no, she's the police superintendent of New Orleans. Matt Dillon, she ain't: "New Orleans police superintendent career: Fired from Oakland, teaches FBI group's diversity course".

And it looks like she's about two sizes too small for her uniform.
I can't remember where I saw it, but somebody somewhere wrote that, in one of her first official photos, the badge on her hat was upside down.
