Has Mark Hamill finally reached the "schlimazel" stage of his life?

Was he wearing Harris/Walz shorts? I'm going to assume so until informed otherwise.

    Did Hamill forget to zip and button up after visiting the toilet? I watched the clip and I honestly couldn’t decide if it was a legitimate wardrobe malfunction, or he was trying to be funny. And Hamill is never funny.
