Basically every large country, except Russia, is leeching off the US. Starmer raised the AUKUS deal and Pres Trump asked what it meant. Quite rightly, why should it be important to the US? As the Pres said to Starmer 'Can you fight Russia on your own?'
ReplyDeleteGod helps those who help themselves. The Pres is confronting deluded leaders with reality. That includes Australia which is in a hole of our own making, no one else to blame but ourselves.
Some wag suggested 'The US should buy the UK' but why would anyone want to take on that problem? It shows they/we are still not getting it.
I'll bet Trump is devastated by the news Fred Mertz doesn't want to be his ally.

Germany screwed the AfD, France screwed National Rally, there have been calls in the past to shrink our military presence in Europe and the left already says Trump is in Putin's pocket; I think the president opening a dialogue with Putin is a good idea, they're not as strong as they were and China is making a puppet state of them; if Trump can make a friend of them it benefits us and Europe.
