A couple of important victories for Trump in his struggles against leftist lawfare

Yesterday, "Judge" Boasberg's order blocking the deportation of Venezuelan gangbangers under the Alien enemies Act got shot down by SCOTUS. And today, the high court blocked a lower court ruling that attempted to prevent Trump from trimming federal employees from the overgrown tree of bureaucracy.

  1. Not bad for a Pres just a few months into the job.
Off topic - Here in Australia, working from home is apparently the key issue in the upcoming federal election. The Labor government wants to keep it, mainly because most of the national capital's workforce won't give it up. The Liberal opposition leader said he would scrub it if elected, then retreated - thus not earning any additional votes from the public service.
Then... one of the state Labor leaders contradicted the PM and said WFH was not desirable. Making both party leaders in Canberra look like clueless twits.

    1. Exactly. Can you imagine any other Republican leading a charge like this?
