"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
That’s appalling. If Colorado’s governor doesn’t veto that, it’s sure to be taken up in the courts, all the way to the Supreme if necessary.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I'm thinking. I don't believe even the present SCOTUS would let that stand (of course, things there are so unsure these days, nothing would surprise me).
DeleteSadly, me either.
DeleteI don't get, I'd say calling a boy 'she' is misgendering and should carry a lengthy prison sentence.
ReplyDeleteWait, you mean the other way?
Nevermind.
sometimes it's hard to tell, my dad used to misgender any boy with long hair; maybe a generational thing or maybe he was just being a dick; it's unclear if he could have been charged for it under this law.
