The U.S. Supreme Court issued an early morning decision Saturday temporarily blocking President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport illegal aliens—specifically Venezuelan nationals—using the long-standing Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA).
We'll see just how "temporary" this order turns out to be. I can't remember where I saw it, but some wag suggested that these illegals be put up in tents in Amy Coney Barrett's front yard. I would only add, "with full and unrestricted access to Barrett's bathrooms".
Why do illegal aliens get due process for having entered our country illegally?
ReplyDeleteGood question. Send them back to where they came from, and let them try their luck with U.S. law from there.
DeleteStick them in the cells they used for J6ers.
ReplyDeleteEven better.
