  1. First, I must point out that the "crab" meat is actually krab meat, i.e., fake. You just don't get chunks of meat like that from crabs.

    Next ... ... now I'm all hungry. I'm passing this on to family as a hint ... ...

    1. Toward the end, when he was doing his taste test, he did acknowledge that it was artificial crab meat. Not sure what that might actually be. Ground up fish mixed with some kind of filler, I imagine.

    2. Btw, I'd have to make this without crawdads and crab meat (artificial or otherwise). Can't abide fish or crustaceans.

      I understand your avoiding seafood; it's not for everyone. Like any food.

      I grew up eating fresh seafood from the Puget Sound, literally caught that day, salmon, crab, clams, oysters. More than once, my siblings and I got to clean crabs given to us by a neighbor.
