I saw an article, supposedly straight news, that they expected 10 million people, which would be the largest protest ever. The caps and !!!!!! were implied.

At $100 per grass-roots protestor, that's a $billion + grass-roots, pre-printed signs plus grass-roots buses, plus paid grass-roots organizers, that's a lot of grass-roots money.
With USAID partially cut off and the gov't SHUTDOWN!, it's gonna be hard to get a coupla billion grass-roots $.
There is an upside to millions of Bolsheviks appearing en masse; it should be easy to arrest large numbers of them at one time if they get too rowdy.
