Update on Louvre jewelry heist
Paco World News Daily (PWND) has obtained a photo still from a security camera outside the Louvre.
Looks like reports of the Cat's demise were premature.
Cat burglars operate at night. These guys pulled off the jewelry robbery in broad daylight. When the Louvre was open, no less. They were either stupid and lucky, or they had brass ones.
I gotta wonder if it was an inside job. It just seems pretty unlikely considering the level of security that someone could stroll in and leave a few minutes later with something so valuable. Although...maybe the French gov't sold them to pay down their debt and would rather not let folks know. Everybody already thinks they're incompetent books.
