You may recall that in a post I did last week, I raised the issue as to whether some RINOs were not just cowardly, lazy do-nothings, but perhaps actual Democrat moles. Looks like at least one does, indeed, fall into the latter category: "GOP Congressional Primary Candidate in NC Openly Admits She is a Fake Republican: 'I am a Progressive'".
Katie Barr, who is running in North Carolina’s 14th Congressional District GOP primary against Rep. Tim Moore, seems oddly proud to be openly running as a fake Republican while embracing progressive policies.
In a recent interview, Barr boasted about her move.
"I’m not a real Republican,” she said during the interview. “Like, I am telling people the truth. I knock on a door and say, ‘I am running in the Republican primary, but I am not a Republican, I am a progressive.'”
Read on. She seems to be a particularly nasty piece of work.
