In Iran I'd bet Trump is counting on Iranians to step up, ditto Cuba. There's nobody in North Korea who could do it. I would take the entirety of South Korea to affect that. And, of course, we'd be at war with China, just like last time. Going in and scooping up the Kim family would be funny though, and probably not that hard. Let China deal with the aftermath, it is their Plausible Deniability Province after all.
