First time I ever heard of this one, but March 27th is National Joe Day, when we celebrate people named Joe, Joseph, Josephine, etc. I think there may be a tie-in with coffee, too.
So, I'll drink a cup in honor of my late father and my elder son. Joe Stalin is excluded by acclamation. As is Joe Biden.
