  1. I haven't seen Part 1, but when it comes to counties that have parts which are not contiguous with the USA, there's Point Roberts, Whatcom County, in Washington State.

    It was created when the US-Canadian border was set on the 49th Parallel (at least in the west), back when.

    I grew up in Whatcom County, but I never visited there. But it was well known within the county as being "out there".
