Looks like the donks have been redistricted out of their last stronghold in Tennessee (centered in Memphis), which means that the ultra-obnoxious Steve Cohen will be returning to the lowing herd. Plus, he's likely to be replaced by a black, female Republican: "Ironic: Tennessee’s New 'Racist' 9th District Will Likely Have Black Woman Replace a 76-Year-Old White Democrat".
Here's my question. Steve Cohen became the physically ugliest member of congress upon the retirement of Henry ("Bat Boy") Waxman. Who will succeed Cohen in the looks department?
