I rather suspect that this is unconstitutional - on several levels - but, if nothing else, the idea does demonstrate that the donks are willing at the drop of a hat to pull on those jackboots and stomp on genuine democracy.

ReplyDeleteVA is very well armed, they used to have very civilized and common-sense gun laws.
Those folks will not go gentle into that good night, and the police, probably even in Arlingon, Alexandria and Fairfax counties, are mostly going to be on the side of the folks they're supposed to jackboot.

I wouldn't be surprised to see, especially in the western counties, declarations from sheriffs to the effect that they would refuse to enforce further gun restrictions.
DeleteThe VA donks are in a panic all right, but their window to act is very very small. Those commies rammed the redistricting through to be ready for the midterms later this year.

They're brainstorming, but with more storming than brains. It's classic schadenfreude, especially since Spamburger was told her plot was illegal ... ... even SCOVA hinted at that.
Add in the GOP directed redistricting in other states (FINALLY!), and the midterms look a lot better for America.
Just don't get cocky.
Do the Demunists think they can just clean out the VA Supreme Court willy-nilly and pack it with leftists in less than a year, and without asking Virginians what they think about it?
