It would be interesting to know what precipitated the "mental health break". These things don't generally just happen out of the blue.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a bank examiner in Florida, one of the senior officers of a bank we were auditing was arrested for impersonating the South Miami police chief when he tried to repossess a boat.
