Somebody is coordinating these teen takeovers through TikTok or Snapchat or whatever. The question (besides the obvious “where are the parents”) is what’s the point? Thievery? Malicious “fun”? A deliberate attempt to destabilize society? Authorities need to start going after the instigators.
