Never forget

Twenty-five years ago today, Muslim terrorists carried out unprecedented suicide missions against the U.S., destroying the World Trade Towers in New York, heavily damaging the Pentagon in Washington, and hijacking United Airlines flight 93, which heroic passengers forced down before the savages could reach their destination (believed to be either the U.S. Capitol or the White House).

Sadly, far too many people are willing to forget - not only the terrorist acts themselves, but the important lessons we drew, or should have drawn, from these horrible deeds. Maybe those who ultimately refuse to forget will become a mere remnant; I pray not, because the world continues to be a dangerous place, and the same enemies of humanity, like their master, still prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.

May God have mercy on the souls of the innocents who perished on that terrible day, and comfort their families and friends.
