1) Yeah, I read that, and could only shake my head. Obama's first week in office has been ...... illuminating, shall we say?

2) I expect a GAO report in 2011 or 2012 that points out too much of the "economic stimulus" went to overhead and bloated agencies.

Crikey, this guy is an idiot.

"Require federal contractors to offer jobs to current workers when contracts change."

Doesn't he realise that in most government agencies, the only time you can get rid of an underperforming idiot is when the contract changes? You simply tell the fool that they are no longer required, and hire someone more competent the next day.
