Looks Like the Fix is In

I stumbled across the information somewhere, yesterday, that Iowahawk was not even nominated for an award in the 2008 Weblog competition. Who's running this thing? The Illinois state legislature? The Minnesota Voting Commission? I don't understand how this can be, unless everyone has more or less simultaneously come to the conclusion that there is Iowahawk, and then there is everybody else.
