Go, Sarah!

I would very much like to see Sarah Palin win the Republican nomination in 2012, not only because I think she’s got more courage, character - and, yes, brains - than any other immediately apparent likely competitor, but because leftists capable of this kind of rebarbative behavior would, under an actual Palin Administration, undoubtedly succumb to a mass synaptic short-out that would leave nothing in its wake but millions of smoking brain stems.

Update: Stacy McCain has an exquisite rant on the subject.

  1. I agree. It would be especially heartening to watch "Wonkette" fry their collective brains, even with that small of a mass involved.

  2. Wonkette is a pathetic figure, desperate for traffic, so has resorted to behavior almost as despicable as John Edwards.

Par for the course, in other words.

Hat recovered fully from its ordeal, Paco, or still in rehab?

  3. Frankly, I didn't know there still was a Wonkette blog.

Track: The hat came through the ordeal like a champion.

  4. Wonkette, when it first started out, was actually interesting to read. Then they nose dived into tabloid style shock reporting, displaying more interested in anal sex related gossip than news. Since then, they've only gone downhill; the "National Enquirer" is a shining star in comparison.

  5. Mr. McCain, I can't post to your blog (technical issues, and not a new one for me), but I want to note that your linked post is spot on.

    In ALL regards.

Please keep up the good work.

TW: glockwep. Yes, the Glock is a fine weapon. May I suggest a caliber starting with a "4"?

  6. I read Wonkette for a little while after 9/11, and then, when it veered into moonbat territory, dumped it. As all sane people should.

  7. Yes, I wish I was an American then I could support her. There are risks, and she shouldn't officially put her hat in the ring until after the next cobngressionals, in 2010.

The MSM assault upon her and her familly was a disgrace. And, she is smart and will surprise them the next time. She will do her homework.

  8. DC increasingly looks like a nest of vipers, a snake pit. Don't throw Palin in there, let them have it. Why not move the action to Alaska? Conservatives are smart enough to make it the richest most successful and comfortable State. It's also probably the state with the easiest to defend borders.

  9. I just can't take the Palin attacks too seriously. There's just too much petulant adolescent and not enough intellect. Acting silly is easy and basically all I am seeing from the left re: Palin id silliness.

  11. Robert - Yeah but in the NW aren't they the GOOD Canadians? The hardworking prosperous ones the rest live off?

If all the hardworking self-sufficient conservative people from everywhere all got together they could give the bureaucrats and parasites the finger, I'm thinking. Coming dark ages and all.

  13. Smoke the stems of more than just a few Repulicans as well. "Americans want higher taxes and more government" Powell and the Cap & Tax Eight come to mind.
