While I'm a quite a fan of Tommy, it was always Jimmy who had more swing [Man, that cat could play]. I never understood why Bunny Berigan--the swingingist trumpet play of all time--worked for Tommy instead of Jimmy.

Tommy and his orchestra recorded some pretty hot numbers - "Boogie Woogie", "Loose Lid Special", "Well, Git It!" - but you're right; Jimmy's band really swung.
